Anchor bolts are specialized fasteners used to secure steel structures and equipment to concrete foundations. Their core function is to transfer vertical loads, horizontal forces, and uplift resistance, ensuring a reliable connection between the superstructure and its base.

Primary Functions
The main job of an anchor bolt is to provide a fixed position, locking components like steel columns or equipment bases firmly to the concrete foundation. Another critical role is load transfer. They channel vertical pressure, horizontal thrust, and other forces from the upper structure into the foundation, creating a complete and integrated load-bearing system.
Our Product Types
We supply two main types: cast-in-place anchor bolts and post-installed anchor bolts.
Cast-in-place bolts are embedded in the concrete foundation before it is poured. This is the most common and widely used method we employ.
Post-installed bolts are fixed into drilled holes in the hardened concrete. This method offers flexibility during construction but is generally not recommended for structures subject to heavy loads or frequent vibration.
Typical Applications
Our anchor bolts are essential in:
Industrial Plants: For connecting steel columns and crane beams to concrete foundations. They transfer the building's vertical loads and lateral forces from overhead cranes.
Machinery & Equipment: They effectively prevent shifting or movement caused by operational vibration.
High-Rise Buildings: Connections within the steel frame rely on them to ensure the structure's resistance to wind and seismic forces.
