Color-coated steel sheet structures typically consist of base panels, core materials, and color-coated steel accessories. The base panels are mostly made of galvanized aluminum substrate, while the core materials can be rock wool or foam, offering insulation, heat insulation, and flame retardancy. The color-coated steel sheet structure has a rectangular appearance with two peaks in the number of corrugations. The length can be customized, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including roofs, walls, factories, and warehouses. Its compressive strength reaches up to 220MPa, and various colors are available. Installation methods are flexible, allowing for overlapping or interlocking. Currently, the insulated color-coated steel sheets offered in our store have a core thickness of 10cm, a processing cycle of only three days, and support for edge banding, eaves sealing, and other accessory services.
